Systematic education and training
The training policy is specially stipulated to closely integrate the enterprise vision, department objectives and employee talent development:
A.Continuously strengthen the knowledge, technology and ability that employees need to have when carrying out various job operation.
B.Cultivate a learning organization to achieve the goal of sustainable learning for all employees.
The vocational education and training for the employees of Aleees includes general vocational training, management training and professional training, which makes all employees can quickly understand the company’s operation, industrial environment, brand concept, labor safety and health, organization and culture, and improve personal ability development and work efficiency.
➢ General education and training:
According to the provisions of government laws and regulations and the basic knowledge, technology and ability that employees should have, which employees can learn and grow together according to the vision and objectives of the company by implementing the overall education and training for all employees, including occupational safety and health, emergency response training, quality system courses, information system courses, etc.
➢ Management education and training:
Train employees to have the necessary knowledge, technical ability and personality for management work, as well as the competency for management work, including basic supervisor training, mid-level executive training, high-level executive training, work instruction, strategy development, communication skills, internal lecturer training, etc.
➢ Professional education and training:
Train employees to have special professional ability to effectively achieve their job duties and goals, including on-job-training (OJT), project participation, professional training, and external professional training, etc.
➢ Self development:
Individual advanced learning (including language courses, vocational learning, etc.) can help new employees get familiar with the working environment and operation norms, and recognize with the company’s business philosophy and corporate culture. New employees will receive a two-day employment training of various systematic education and training development learning based on different positions and levels.
