Human rights management
In the “staff working rules” and the ” prevention measures and management of sexual harassment”, Aleees has clearly declared the protection of human rights. In addition to the explicit prohibition of child labor, no discrimination or differential treatment on job seekers or employees when recruiting, interview, employing, assessment or promotion should be affected by factors such as race, religion, party, gender, age, marriage, appearance, physical and mental disabilities. In 2021, the company had no human rights complaints or relevant legal events, and no employment of child labor under the legal minimum work age. In 2021, the human rights education course was 6 hours to promote our people’s awareness of human rights concepts.
In addition to the basic legal requirements, the “staff working rules” of Aleees also clearly proclaim the human rights protection of career freedom, humanitarian treatment, non discrimination and prevention of sexual harassment. Human rights education and training courses are arranged for new employees every year, so that each colleague can better understand their own rights and interests and corporate social responsibility policies and practices.
